New Zealanders visiting or living in the Philippines are encouraged to register their details with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT).  The details you provide when you register will help MFAT to contact you in an emergency such as a natural disaster, civil disturbance or family emergency, or to pass on information that we wish to alert you about.

Australia and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines

ANZCHAM supports and promotes business relationships between the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand, developing and maintaining a strong partnership and cooperation with people and industries that are instrumental in the growth and promotion of the economy, businesses and trade.

Philippines-Australia Business Council

PABC promotes trade, economic and technical cooperation and tourism between the Philippines and Australia and fosters friendship and understanding between the business communities of the Philippines and Australia.

Philippines-New Zealand Business Council

PNZBC promotes and fosters long term trade, economic and technical cooperation, tourism and cultural relations between the Philippines and New Zealand.

Expat clubs and social groups

American Women’s Club of the Philippines

AWCP is a support network for women living in countries different from their home country.  AWCP hosts monthly meetings, newcomer's coffees and regular social events for the whole family.

British Women’s Association, Manila

BWA is an international group, based in Manila, which hosts a range of social and charitable activities. Find out more about them and their activities at

Ma'am Manila

This Facebook group is the premier community and forum for expat women in Manila. This group was established with the aim of being a detailed information resource for expat women within an environment built on trust, camaraderie, and respect for diversity. Membership is subject to approval and is open to expat women, locals who have repatriated, or locals with dual-citizenship.

Museum Volunteers of the Philippines

The Museum Volunteers of the Philippines (MVP) aims to study the Philippines, setting it in its historical and Asian context, to provide voluntary assistance at local museums and to promote friendship and understanding within its international membership.
