Please check the attached list for the prize(s) you won then contact the assigned ANZA representative to make arrangements for collection. If you do not contact your assigned representative by 11 April, your prize will be considered forfeited. If you have issues contacting your representative please reach out to this email. 

If you and your partner bought tickets, please also provide their name when you contact your representative as your prizes may have been put together in the envelope
