ANZA Manila Membership Guidelines:

1. Be Friendly and Respectful
Engage with fellow members in a courteous and positive manner. Respect diverse perspectives and contribute to an inclusive atmosphere. ANZA strives to create and maintain a community in which people of many different backgrounds and cultures are treated with respect. Be respectful of others’ views, and refrain from personal attack.

2. Avoid Soliciting Personal Business
This is a social and charitable organization. Please refrain from using events or interactions to promote or solicit your personal business or services. However, we love to partner with our members’ businesses so please contact sponsorship@anzamanila.org if this is of interest to you.

3. Respect Privacy and Confidentiality
Honor the privacy of other members and handle any personal information with discretion. Confidentiality is key to maintaining trust within the group.

4. Follow Event Guidelines
Adhere to any specific rules or guidelines set for individual events to ensure they run smoothly and safely. By following guidelines, you not only contribute to the smooth operation of the event but also help create a positive and safe environment for everyone involved.

5. Provide Constructive Feedback
Providing constructive feedback is essential for fostering a positive and productive environment. Frame your feedback around the content or behaviour, not the individual. This helps prevent defensiveness and encourages open dialogue. Address sensitive issues privately to maintain respect and confidentiality. Bringing concerns to the EXCO in charge should be done in a manner that facilitates a thoughtful discussion.
